Here's a listing of what you need to provide us to have your gallery or portfolio online in a matter of days:
- Professional-quality digital images of your art work. Images should be at least 400 pixels wide. We prefer to receive the files on a CD, but you may email the images with advance notice.
If you do not have digital images, we can scan from professional-quality photographs for an added cost of about $5.00 each, which includes moderate image-correction and enhancement. If you are in the Los Angeles or Ventura Country area, we can photograph your work. Inquire for terms. - A listing of the works' titles, dimensions, medium, and, if you wish, price. You may also have a very short description of each piece. The listing should be free of errors and emailed to us.
- A biography and, if you wish, an artists statement and a short list of exhibitions. (A very long exhibition list may incur an additional charge of $25-$50)
- Whatever printed materials you have regarding your work. If you have a logo or a graphic identity, please send us the digital files or large, very high-quality printed logos.
- A domain name and web hosting account with a reliable hosting company. We provide you with one year free hosting and domain name registration; $60 annually thereafter for full-featured hosting and domain name registration.
- 60% of the total site cost (we will provide you with a formal proposal based on your particular requirements) is payable in advance. Use your credit card or e-check to make your payment via our online payment page. The balance is due within 3 days of site launch.
