Express Service Maintenance Plan
  • Up to 10 hours of web updates, additions, and revisions per quarter
  • Work performed within 4-36 hours, provided a particular work order comprises 3 or fewer billable hours. Work orders requiring more than 3 billable hours may require more than 36 hours. If you are planning extensive work, please notify us a few days in advance so we can give deliver your work as quickly as possible.
  • Web Site Maintenance is billed in quarter-hour segments. Web Site Maintenance is to be paid in advance.

Terms and Conditions

Jobs on a 7 day timeline estimated at $600 or less require full payment in advance.

7 Day timeline projects estimate at more than $600 require 75% in advance, balance upon launching site.

Jobs not on a 7 day timeline estimated at less than $3,000: $500 or 50% advance required (whichever is greater), 1/4 payable upon approval of design and site architecture, balance upon site launch.

Advances are non-refundable once design work has commenced.

Payment schedule determined on an individual basis for jobs estimated at more than $3,000.

Continuation charges: If the client fails to provide requisite materials (such as text, photos, logos, and images), approval or payment in a timely manner, causing the project to remain inactive for a period of 2 weeks or more, the client will be charged a reactivation fee of $100. Additionally, if the client allows a project to remain inactive for more than 4 weeks, full payment of the estimated project cost will be due upon project reactivation.

All work not paid within 7 days of invoice will be removed from the client's server. There will be a minimum charge of $50 to reload work removed due to late payment.
